At Aysar Jewellers, we understand the importance of timely and hassle-free delivery of your orders. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, while ensuring the safety and security of your products during the transit.
Dispatch
All orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of receipt of order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details.

We have partnered with the best logistics companies to ensure that your orders are delivered on time and in the best condition possible. Our logistics partners are chosen based on their reliability, speed, and efficiency in handling delicate and valuable products like jewellery.
Order Tracking
We provide order tracking details to all our customers so that they can keep track of their orders during the transit. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email, which you can use to track the status of your order.
Delivery
We deliver your orders within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch for orders in metro cities. For orders in remote areas or outside metro cities, delivery may take longer.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery for all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below Rs. 999, a delivery charge of Rs. 99 will be added to the order total.
International Shipping
At present, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to cater to customers outside India.
Returns and Exchange
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order is processed, cancellation will not be possible.
